J.J. Taylor fleet switches to natural gas

Mon, Jun 9th, 2014

J.J. Taylor Distributing Florida Inc. recently built a compressed natural gas (CNG) station at its Fort Myers location. And with this addition, the Tampa-based company is working to switch more of its fleet from diesel to compressed natural gas.

"In the beverage industry, we're one of the early adapters nationally," said Jay Martin, president and general manager of J.J. Taylor Distributing Florida.

The CNG station in Fort Myers was built by TruStar Energy.
